Delete Your Account — Abjad Kids
If you'd like to delete your Abjad Kids account and associated data, you can request this at any time.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to abjedkids@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request," including:
- The email address associated with your account (the one you used to sign in)
- Confirmation that you are the parent/guardian who created the account
We will verify the request and process it within 7 business days of receiving it.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we delete:
- Your account and sign-in information
- Your child's name and age
- Your child's learning progress data
- Your subscription and payment status records
What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained for a limited period after deletion where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes — for example:
- Records of completed transactions, which we may be required to retain for a limited period for tax and accounting purposes
Any retained information is kept only as long as legally required and is not used for any other purpose.
